Wedding and event rental
Most of the weekend calendar is weddings, and most of those are venues around Lake Tahoe and the Carson Valley where the room has no sound and no lighting of its own. A common wedding order looks like this, and every piece comes from the rate card above.

Battery uplighting matters more than it sounds at a wedding venue. It runs without a power drop and without gaffer tape across a walkway, which is what most historic Tahoe rooms and outdoor tents require.
Add delivery, setup and strike and nobody in the wedding party touches a speaker stand. Tell us the venue and the date and we will tell you what that room needs.
Delivery, setup and strike
Most clients have us bring the gear to the venue, set everything up, and break it all down afterwards. You can also collect it and return it yourself.
How a rental works
- Reserve ahead of the date. Weekend dates in wedding season go first. Tell us the venue and the date and we will hold the gear.
- Leave a security deposit. The deposit matches the value of the equipment. A speaker worth $500 takes a $500 deposit, by cash or credit card. Adding delivery, setup and strike covers it instead.
- Bring the cardholder. If the deposit is on a credit card, the cardholder has to be there with valid identification. We cannot release gear on a card the holder is not present for.
- Pay at the time of rental. Rentals are paid when they go out.
